Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of sftech.co.in and to services bought from SteadyFrame Technologies ("SFTech", "we", "us"). SteadyFrame Technologies is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By booking a call, paying for a service, or using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. What we provide

SFTech offers AI advisory, research and workflow services, including the Research Concierge dossiers and retainers described on this site. Each service is described on its page or in a written scope agreed with you before work begins.

• A free Diagnostic Call is a conversation. It is not a proposal, a blueprint, or a promise of results.
• Research dossiers are compiled from publicly available sources. We cite sources and flag what we could not verify, but we do not guarantee that every public source is complete or current.
• AI tools assist our work and a human reviews the output before delivery. You remain responsible for decisions you make using what we deliver.

2. Pricing, tax and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are before applicable tax unless a page says otherwise. Indian GST at 18% is added where it applies. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Work on a paid service starts once payment is received and, where needed, we have the details required to begin (for example, the subject of a dossier).

3. Packages and credits

• Single brief (Test Flight): one dossier. If you move to a larger package within 14 days of delivery, the amount paid is credited against it, as stated on the Research Concierge page.
• 5-Pack: five dossiers, usable within 6 months of purchase. Unused credits expire after that.
• Monthly retainers: billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next billing cycle starts.

Turnaround times on the site are targets, not guarantees. We will tell you if a delivery is going to be late.

4. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information and a lawful purpose for any research you request.
• Do not use our deliverables to harass, stalk, discriminate against, or unlawfully profile any person.
• Keep deliverables confidential if they are shared with you privately, and do not resell them without our written agreement.

We may decline or stop a request that we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful, and will refund any unused part of the payment as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

You may use the deliverables you pay for for your own internal business purposes. We keep ownership of our methods, templates, tools and the general know-how behind the work. Third-party content cited in a dossier stays with its original owners.

6. Confidentiality

We treat what you tell us about your business and contacts as confidential and use it only to deliver your service. See the Privacy Policy for how personal data is handled.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are advisory and informational. We do not guarantee any business result, revenue or outcome. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes to services and these terms

We may update these terms and our service descriptions. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a service you have already paid for, which stays on the terms in place when you paid.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute, after we have first tried to resolve it with you in good faith.
