About
The other half is judgment, context, and review, the parts that make an AI draft actually usable.
Our Story
SFTech was built by BK, an engineer by training, who spent months using AI tools directly on real client work, research, content, workflow automation, before starting SFTech. The pattern was consistent: AI got things most of the way there fast. Getting the rest of the way, matching a client's voice, catching what was wrong, making the judgment calls only a human could make, took real time and real attention.
That gap is the reason SFTech exists. Not to sell AI. To help people find where it's actually worth using, and to close the last 20% properly when they need the work done, not just the tool.
"Nikhil Rao leads strategy and positioning for SFTech, shaping how we talk about the work and where we look for the right early partners."
How We Operate
We grow through warm referrals and introductions, not cold outreach or volume. If you're here, someone likely pointed you our way, or you found us directly. Either way, we'd rather have one serious conversation than a hundred cold ones.
Every deliverable that leaves SFTech has had a human look at it, correct it, and confirm it's actually usable before it reaches you.
We won't tell you everything should be automated. Sometimes the honest answer on a diagnostic call is that a workflow should stay exactly as it is.
We're working with a small number of early partners right now, deliberately. We'd rather get the process right for a few people than scale something that doesn't hold up.
