Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information SteadyFrame Technologies ("SFTech", "we", "us") collects through sftech.co.in and when we deliver our services, and how we use it.

1. What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, plus any message you write.
• Booking a call: details you give when scheduling through Google Calendar appointment booking, such as name, email and time slot.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, your name, email and contact details as provided at checkout. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Service delivery: information you share so we can do the work, for example the names of people you want researched and the context for the research.
• Basic technical data: like most sites, our hosting provider and the services below may log your IP address, browser type and pages visited.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your messages and schedule calls.
• To deliver and support the service you bought, and to keep payment and tax records.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it for us

• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Formspree: delivers contact form messages to our email.
• Google (Calendar, Gmail, Drive): booking, email and file delivery.
• GitHub Pages: hosts this website.
• AI tools: we may use AI tools to help prepare research. We do not put your confidential client material into tools that train on it without your agreement.

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies and may process it outside India.

4. Information about third parties in research

Research dossiers are built from publicly available sources about professionals. We do not access private accounts, and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as health, financial account or government ID details. If you believe a dossier includes information about you that should not be there, write to us and we will review it.

5. How long we keep it

Messages and booking details are kept as long as needed to respond and for our records. Payment and invoice records are kept for the period required by Indian tax and accounting rules. Service files are kept while the engagement is active, and deleted or returned on request after it ends, unless we must keep a record by law.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing sftech766@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, and some records we must retain by law.

7. Cookies

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Embedded or linked services such as Razorpay Checkout may set cookies required for payments to work.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and sensible access controls, but no online service is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
